There is no single religion (that I am aware of, anyhow) which commits itself in earnest to the continued and vigorous re-evaluation and restructuring of its definitions and fundamental frameworks as greater enlightenment is gleaned from the continual process of collective human experience. All religions, now matter how apparently liberal, rely primarily on dogma in order to ensure security. Perhaps the only contemporary 'religion' which is committed to change is science.
Life is synonymous with change. Life is the true religion, with certain individuals exhibiting greater prowess at the art of seeking to understand and constantly know more about the nature of its teachings, whilst others (who prefer to huddle together in groups so as to get lost amongst the masses and so abdicate all responsibility for their own existence) remain in stagnation, desperately grasping onto antiquated perspectives which, although possibly having had value in the past, now fail to adequately serve mankind in the context of contemporary circumstances.
