I imagined some train that carries the souls of the departed on a great journey into the unknown beyond this life. Then I imagined myself on that train. Seemed like such a journey could be fun and wondrous, so I wrote a song about it. It actually turned out to be quite a light and uplifting ditty - not at all brooding or morose. All aboard...
