Awesome news for the solar industry (and other renewables, of course). Henry Waxman is a rock star legislator. He's a fierce defender of the environment, has been known to hold no punches, and he is unrelentingly tenacious in feretting out the crux of a problem. The man is dogged in pursuing the truth. You don't pull a fast one on this guy. Those on the wrong side of the Global Warming issue can start getting ready to tremble in terror. On the other hand, America - and the world - couldn't be in better hands with this gentleman as chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. There is light at the end of this tunnel.
